WHO CARES ABOUT HIATUS?! heh. i do.
but this post will be worth it.yesterday was splendid. serving was indeed wonderful. the one sermon that i really enjoyed (: and ytd was one of the days where i only cared about God and what he was doing in my life :D for once in a long time i cried. i finally understood what he was doing in my life. i finally understood why he remained silent. it made me feel so guilty. so sorry for what i done. for once in my life i understood the meaning of a full-time call.

God's pretty cool-mean! (: haha. in a good way of course.
this is what he did ytd:

(for the hundred time or something. heh x) hes so NICE)

God: ruth, what do you want to be when you grow up?
me: i want to be a teacher
God: No, you can't be a teacher. what do you want to be when you grow up?
me: i want to be a scientist
God: No, you can't be a scientist. what do you want to be when you grow up?
me: i want to be a doctor
God. No, you can't be a doctor. what do you want to be when you grow up?
me: i want to be what you want me to be
God: i want you to serve me in full-time ministry

maybe what i just wrote was unbelievable. but that's my unique way of communicating with God. and time and time again he has confirmed it.

when i was 11, all the p5s came forward when they asked for a full time call
when i was 12, half of the p6s came forward when the asked for it.
when i was 13, they all left.

welcome
(a quote from Marianne Williamson)
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves,
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some, it is in everyone.

And, as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
